TIME & LOCATION OF THE MEETING:
Date/Time: Tuesday, April 21, 2026.
Please note, there will be two meetings on this day. The first meeting will take place at 1:00 p.m. for the opening of the ballots should a quorum be achieved.
The second meeting will take place at 4:00 p.m. to announce election results.
Where: The meeting will be held via video conference, and members will also have the option to attend onsite to view the meeting at 851 Old Ranch House Road, Rocklin, CA 95765.
You will NOT be able to drop ballots off at the meeting. Please complete your ballots to be RECEIVED by the deadlines below:

ELECTRONIC BALLOTS: Members who did not opt out of electronic voting will receive an online voting link via email approximately 30 days prior to the election. The electronic ballot must be completed no later than: Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. in order for the vote to be counted.
PAPER BALLOTS: The election ballot packet with details, including instructions on how to return a properly executed ballot, will be mailed not less than 30 days prior to the deadline for voting.
Members who opted for paper ballots please mail the Irrevocable Secret Ballot with the pre-addressed envelope. Do not forget to sign the return envelope. Mailed ballots must be received by the Inspector no later than Monday, April 20, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Paper ballots will not be accepted at the meeting. All ballots must be RECEIVED by the Inspector by the stated deadline to be counted.
Additional Information
To elect two (2) Members to the Board of Directors for two-year terms each. Members will also be voting to approve IRS Revenue Resolution 70-604 and the 2025 Annual meeting minutes.
