TIME & LOCATION OF THE MEETING:

Date/Time: Tuesday, May 13, 2025. Please note, there will be two meetings on this day. The first meeting will take place at 1:00 p.m. for the opening of the ballots should a quorum be achieved. The second meeting will take place at 6:00 p.m. to announce election results.

Where: The meeting will be held via video conference, members will also have the option to attend onsite to view the meeting at 851 Old Ranch House Road, Rocklin, CA 95765.

You will NOT be able to drop ballots off at the meeting. Please MAIL your ballots to be RECEIVED by the HOA
