TIME & LOCATION OF THE MEETING:

Date/Time: Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at 6:00 p.m.

Where: The counting and tabulation of the ballots will be done by the Inspector of Elections at the video meeting.

There will also be an in-person component located at Walters Management office located at 9665 Chesapeake Dr. Suite 300, San Diego, CA 92123.   

You will not be able to drop ballots off at the meeting. Please MAIL your ballots to be RECEIVED by the HOA Inspector.

The Quorum of a majority of the community has not been met.
