Date/Time: Wednesday, June 17, 2026, 1:00 p.m.
Where: The meeting will be held via video conference with an in-person element for members to watch. The onsite location will be Avalon Management located at 43529 Ridge Park Drive, Temecula CA, 92590. Contact management for a link to the Video Conference instructions.
Members will not be able to drop a ballot off at the meeting. Please MAIL your ballots to be RECEIVED by the HOA Inspector no later than the deadline below.

To elect three (3) Members to the Board of Directors for two-year terms each.
Candidates: VGMA: Jack Balekjian, John Hudson, Michael Jones, Mike McKellips, Harold (Butch) Meeks, Alan Spitalnick, and Jeremy Swanson.
For the VGCS: Only four members, William Lopez, Flor Martinez, Nghia (kitty) Phan-Perkins, and Joan Stine applied for the five available seats, therefore the ballots will not be distributed for the VGCS, and the Board may place the qualified candidate(s) elected by acclamation into the open seat(s) at a Board Meeting. An agenda shall be posted for the meeting, which includes the name of each qualified candidate. (Civ. Code § 5103(e).)
