ANNUAL MEETING INFORMATION
Meeting Date: Saturday, May 4, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. There will be no open polls on the day of the meeting. The Annual Meeting will be called to order at approximately 10:00 a.m.
Where: The meeting will be held via video conference with an in-person element for members to watch. The onsite location will be at The Barn at the Farm, 33430 Harvest Way, Wildomar, CA 92595.

Members will not be able to drop a ballot off at the meeting.
Candidates: Michael Leonardi, Edward Moore, and Ashley Spicer.
QUORUM UPDATE
BALLOTS RECEIVED: 129
Quorum: 33 and 1/3rd (407 out of 1219) of the eligible members entitled to vote must return their Irrevocable Secret Ballots for a quorum to be met.
Updates are given as ballots are received.
Additional Information
If the quorum is met, each homeowner that returns a valid completed ballot for the Election will be entered into a drawing where two (2) homeowners will win a $50 gift card.
Purpose:
1) To elect three (3) Members to the Board of Directors for a 2-year term.
2) To vote on approving the 2023 Annual Meeting Minutes.
