TIME & LOCATION OF THE MEETING:
Date/Time: Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
Where: TThe meeting will be held at: 11750 Temescal Hills Dr | Corona, CA 92883. Polls will open at 4:45 p.m. to accept hand-delivered ballots. The polls will close, and the meeting will be called to order at 5:00 p.m. should a quorum be reached.
All ballots must be returned so that they are RECEIVED by the Inspector of Elections no later than the deadlines stated under the voting deadlines below.
Mailed Ballots: must be received no later than Monday, July 27, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. MAIL your ballot in the pre-addressed enclosed envelope provided.
Ballots may also be delivered to the onsite ballot box.
Deadline on Meeting Day: hand-delivered ballots will be accepted during the open polling period noted above. Once the polls are closed, no further ballots will be accepted.
QUORUM UPDATE
If the quorum is met, each homeowner that returns a valid completed ballot for the Election will be entered into a drawing where one homeowner will win a $50 gift card.

Additional Information
There are four (4) seats available on the Board of Directors in this election. The 1st and 2nd placed candidates with the highest votes will serve three-year terms each. The 3rd and 4th placed candidates will serve one-year terms. The 5th Board Member will be appointed by the Declarant as per CC&R 6.3.4, expiring in 2027.
