There are three (3) seats available on the Board of Directors in this election. The 1st and 2nd placed candidates with the highest votes will serve three (3) year terms each. The 3rd placed candidate will serve a two-year term. Members will also be voting to approve IRS Revenue Resolution and the 2024 Annual Meeting Minutes.
