TIME & LOCATION OF THE annual meeting of the members to elect the board of directors:

Date/Time: Thursday, May 23, 2024, at 6:00 p.m.

Where: The meeting will be held via video conference with an in-person element for members to watch. The onsite location will be at: 2230 Sea Colony Court. Video conference instructions are located below.

Members will not be able to drop a ballot off at the meeting. Please MAIL your ballots to be RECEIVED by the HOA Inspector no later than the deadline below.

ELECTION RULES

QUORUM UPDATE

BALLOTS RECEIVED: 26 Ballots

Quorum: 1/3rd of the Members entitled to vote must return their Irrevocable Secret Ballots for the Annual Election to be held. 

If the quorum is met, each homeowner that returns a valid completed ballot for the Election will be entered into a drawing where one homeowner will win a $50 gift card.

Per Civil Code 5115(b)(5), at least 20 days after a scheduled election if the required quorum is not reached the quorum of the membership to elect directors may be reduced to 20 percent of the association’s members voting in person, by proxy, or by secret ballot.

Updates are given as ballots are received.

1) To elect four (4) members to the Board of Directors for two-year terms each. 

2) To vote on approving IRS Revenue Resolution 70-604.

3) To vote on approving the previous year’s Annual Meeting Minutes.
