Quorum has NOT Been Achieved
51% of the Members entitled to vote must return their Irrevocable Secret Ballots in order for the Annual Election to be held.
For an adjourned meeting, the quorum requirement shall be 20 % of the association’s voting members per Civil Code 5115(2) effective January 1, 2024.

Additional Information
T1) The purpose of the meeting will be to three (3) members to the Rancho Montecito Board of Directors (“Board”), for two-year terms each.
2) In addition, to comply with the Vista Heights Community Association (“Vista Heights”) governing documents, the Rancho Montecito membership will be electing a Delegate and Alternate Delegate to represent Rancho Montecito in Vista Heights business and vote on Rancho Montecito’s behalf.
3) To vote on approving IRS Revenue Resolution 70-604
4) To vote on approving the 2023 Annual Meeting Minutes.
