TIME & LOCATION OF THE MEETING:

Date/Time: Wednesday, January 22, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.

Ballots may be dropped off at the meeting, returned via the pre-addressed envelope in the voting packet, or placed in the ballot box prior to the meeting. All members are encouraged to return their ballots promptly.

The meeting will be held in the Marina Room (formerly Amenity Room) located at 550 Front Street, San Diego, CA 92101. Polls will open at 5:45 p.m. to receive walk-in ballots. The meeting will be called to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. and the polls will close if a quorum is achieved.
