TIME & LOCATION OF THE MEETING:

Date/Time: Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at 4:00 p.m.

Where: The meeting will be held via video conference with an in-person element for members to watch. The onsite location will be at the FirstService Residential office located at 5651 Palmer Way, Ste. A., Carlsbad, CA 92010.

You will NOT be able to drop ballots off at the meeting.  Please MAIL your ballots to be RECEIVED by the HOA Inspector no later than the deadline below:

Ballots must be received no later than: Monday, June 16, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. No ballots will be accepted the day of the meeting, MAIL your ballot in the pre-addressed enclosed envelope provided.

Additional Information

1) The purpose of the meeting will be to two (2) members to the Rancho Montecito Board of Directors (“Board”), for two-year terms each.

 2) In addition, to comply with the Vista Heights Community Association (“Vista Heights”) governing documents, the Rancho Montecito membership will be electing a Delegate and Alternate Delegate to represent Rancho Montecito in Vista Heights business and vote on Rancho Montecito’s behalf for a one-year term.

 3) To vote on approving IRS Revenue Resolution 70-604 and to vote on approving the 2024 Annual Meeting Minutes.  Specifics will be included in your ballot packet.
