TIME & LOCATION OF THE MEETING:

Date/Time: Thursday, June 13, 2024, at 6:00 p.m.

Where: The meeting will be held via video conference with an in-person element for members to watch. The onsite location will be at Avalon Management Office, 3618 Ocean Ranch Blvd., Oceanside, CA 92056. Video conference instructions are included below.

Members will not be able to drop a ballot off at the meeting. Please MAIL your ballots to be RECEIVED by the HOA Inspector no later than the deadline below.

Ballots must be received no later than: Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. No ballots will be accepted the day of the meeting, MAIL your ballot in the pre-addressed enclosed envelope provided.

A majority of the eligible members entitled to vote must return their Irrevocable Secret Ballots for a quorum to be met.
