You will not be able to drop ballots off at the meeting. Please MAIL your ballots to be RECEIVED by the HOA Inspector by Wednesday, April 24, 2024 no later than 5:00 pm.

BALLOTS RECEIVED: 636
Bylaw Voting Requirements. An affirmative vote of at least a majority of the Members is required to approve the proposed amendments to the Bylaws.
Annual Meeting Quorum Requirement. A majority of the members entitled to vote must return their ballot for the Annual Meeting to be held.
Extension of Voting. The voting period may be extended if sufficient secret ballot envelopes have not been received.
Updates are given as ballots are received.
THE Purpose of this vote:
1) To Vote on the Board of Directors: There are two positions available for election this year. The first-placed candidate shall be elected for a three-year term expiring in 2026. The second-placed candidate shall be elected for a two-year term expiring in 2025, to fill a current vacancy on the Board.
2) The Membership will also be asked to vote on two Bylaw amendments - the first will change the quorum requirements for actions by Members and the second will permit the Association to participate in local or state politics to the benefit of the Association. Specifics of each proposed amendment are included in this packet.
