TIME & LOCATION OF THE MEETING:

Date/Time: Thursday, July 16, 2026, 7:00 P.M.

Where: The meeting will be held via video conference, members will also have the option to attend onsite at the Harlan Ranch Community Clubhouse.

For those Members attending via Video Conference, instructions will be included in your ballot packet.

You will NOT be able to drop ballots off at the meeting.  Please MAIL your ballots to be RECEIVED by the HOA Inspector no later than the deadline below.

Ballots must be received by the Inspectors of Election no later than Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. PLEASE, mail your ballot promptly and do not forget to sign your return envelope.

QUORUM UPDATE

If the quorum is met, each homeowner that returns a valid completed ballot for the Election will be entered into a drawing where one homeowner will win a $50 gift card.
