1. Mail your ballot with the pre-addressed envelope. Members will need to add postage. Mailed ballots to the Inspector must be received by: Friday, May 01, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. No ballots will be accepted the day of the meeting.
2. On-site ballot box is located at The Barn. Please drop your ballot off anytime up until Friday, May 01, 2026, at noon, at which time the Inspector will retrieve the ballot box.

Updates are given as ballots are received.
If quorum is met, each homeowner that returns a valid completed ballot for the Election will be entered into a drawing where two (2) homeowners will win a $50 gift card.
