TIME & LOCATION OF THE MEETING:

Date/Time: June 12, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.

Where: The meeting will be held via video conference with an in-person element for members to watch. The onsite location will be: The Barn at the Farm, 33430 Harvest Way, Wildomar, CA 92595. Video conference instructions are included below.

Members will not be able to drop a ballot off at the meeting. Please MAIL your ballots to be RECEIVED by the HOA Inspector no later than the deadlines below.

Please exercise your voting rights by completing your ballot and returning it in the provided postage-paid, pre-addressed envelope using one of the options below, but do not forget to sign your outer envelope:

1. On-site ballot box is located at The Barn. Please drop it off during office hours up until Friday, May 2, 2025, at noon, at which time the ballot box will be retrieved by the Inspector.

2. Mailed ballots to the HOA Inspector’s office must be received no later than: Friday, May 2, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. No ballots will be accepted the day of the meeting.


Additional Information

1) For the membership to elect four (4) Members to the Board of Directors for a 2-year term.

2) For the membership to vote on approving the 2024 Annual Meeting Minutes.
