HOW DO I VOTE?

Please follow the voting instructions enclosed in your election package. Every ballot will need to be returned by the double envelope system, with your signature placed on the outside of the return envelope. If you are a client of HOA Elections and need assistance, please contact our office. 

HOW DO I TURN IN MY BALLOT?

You can mail your ballot back using the pre-addressed return envelope enclosed in your election package. You may also turn in your ballot in person at the meeting, or at a designated on-site ballot box if one has been provided. 

I LOST OR DID NOT RECEIVE MY ELECTION PACKAGE. HOW CAN I GET A NEW BALLOT?

If you did not receive an election package, please contact our office for assistance.  

DO I HAVE TO SIGN THE OUTER ENVELOPE?

Yes, this is a legal requirement. Civil Code 5115 “The ballot itself is not signed by the voter, but is inserted into an envelope that is sealed. This envelope is inserted into a second envelope that is sealed. In the upper left hand corner of the second envelope, the voter shall sign his or her name, indicate his or her name, and indicate the address or separate interest identifier that entitles him or her to vote.”

CAN I GET MY BALLOT BACK TO CHANGE MY VOTE?

According to Civil Code 5120 “Once a secret ballot is received by the inspector of elections, it shall be irrevocable.”
