TIME & LOCATION OF THE MEETING:
Date/Time: Friday, May 15, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Polls will open at 4:45 p.m. to accept hand-delivered ballots. The polls will close, and the meeting will be called to order at 5:00 p.m. if a quorum is achieved.
Where: The meeting will be held at: Fairbanks Ranch Association Clubhouse located at 17651 Circa Del Norte, Rancho Santa Fe, CA 92067.
All ballots must be returned so that they are RECEIVED by the Inspector of Elections no later than the deadlines stated under the voting deadlines below.
VOTING DEADLINES:
Mailed Ballots must be received by Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Do not forget to sign your return envelope.
Ballots dropped off at the onsite ballot box located at the Clubhouse must be received by Friday, May 15, 2026, at 4:30 p.m.
Hand delivered ballots will be accepted at the meeting on Friday, May 15, 2026, from 4:45 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
