BALLOTS RECEIVED: 279 Ballots

NUMBER OF RESPONSES NEEDED TO MEET QUORUM REQUIREMENTS:          

To meet quorum requirements, more than fifty percent (50%) of the Members must be present in person, by ballot, or by proxy (i.e., members representing 486 separate interests must be present in person, by ballot, or by proxy). (Cal. Civ. Code § 5605(c).)

PERCENTAGE OF APPROVALS NECESSARY TO APPROVE THE BALLOT MEASURE:

To authorize the Board to levy the Assessment, and assuming that the quorum requirements are met, a majority of the Ballots received must vote yes to authorize the Board to levy the Assessment (a majority of the Ballots received must vote to “approve” the Ballot Measure, assuming quorum is reached).

Additional Information

The purpose of the election is to put forth a vote to the membership to authorize the Association’s Board of Directors (“Board”) to levy a one-time Capital Improvement Assessment in the amount of $305,282.40 ($314.40 per separate interest) (“Assessment”). The purpose of the Assessment is to raise the funds needed in order to complete the capital improvement project described in your election balloting materials ‘Notice’.
