TIME & LOCATION OF THE MEETING:

Date/Time: Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at 6:00 pm. Polls will open at 5.45 p.m. to accept hand-delivered ballots. The polls will close, and the meeting will be called to order at 6:00 p.m. should a quorum be reached.

Where: The meeting will be held at The Bear's Den, 22875 Bear Creek Drive N., Murrieta, CA 92562.

Deadline for Inspector to Receive Mailed Ballots: Mailed ballots to HOA Elections of California (located at 1001 Avenida Pico, Ste. C-496, San Clemente, CA 92673) must be received no later than: Monday, May 20, 2024, at 5:00 p.m.

Deadline on Meeting Day: Hand-delivered ballots will be accepted during the open polling period noted above. Once the polls are closed, no further ballots will be accepted.

QUORUM UPDATE

BALLOTS RECEIVED: 123 Ballots

50% of the eligible members entitled to vote must return their Irrevocable Secret Ballots for a quorum to be met.
